Named Nonowner car insurance policy provides auto liability coverage for an individual who does not own a car but may operate borrowed or rented vehicles. It will not include comprehensive or collision coverage. It will not cover damage to the car you are driving, medical bills or other costs from injuries you sustain if you are in a collision.
Each person must be named, including spouses and any resident family members.
If you are among the millions of licensed drivers in this country who do not own a car, you may want to talk to an independent insurance advisor to learn about your options for coverage when you are driving.
