In 2020, I changed the configuration of my agency after Nationwide Insurance changed their distribution model from having exclusive agents to working with independent agents. This allowed me to be different and break the rules!

  • My agency provides multichannel engagement.

  • Meeting customers demand for flexible and easy access to your agency or brokerage staff.

  • Information about products and services

  • Information about their accounts

  • As well as self-service transactional capabilities.

Our consumers have multiple ways to interact with us — by phone, text, fax, mobile device, in person and through a highly functional website that supports online transactions.

My new agency is virtual and not limited by geographical boundaries. I use blogs and social media to provide the types of insights and insurance knowledge that consumers are looking for and which are not readily available elsewhere.

Consumers are changing and I want my agency to evolve and accommodate those changes.

My concept is making the consumer’s experience consistent, convenient, and personalized at every stage of their buying or service journey.

I am a lifelong learner and enrolled in the Horn Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Delaware. Member of CrossFit Wheelhouse in Avondale, PA. Support Kickstarter, helping aspiring entrepreneurs bring projects to life. Assistant offensive line coach for Newark HS varsity football.

I am married to Maryann, a special education teacher, and have been blessed with 4 children. I recently helped my oldest son demo and update his 1840 farmhouse in Landenberg PA and learning how to become a hobby farmer.
